The moment
The role that has defined you for twenty years is ending, and your personal life is being rebuilt at the same time. The two biggest choices of your life, what you do next and who you do it with, are arriving together.
This is the moment to build the version of you who makes them.

A life in four seasons
You built the raw material: body, mind, character, education. Energy was abundant and spent freely.
For you: the swimmer, the water polo international, INSEAD. The athlete's body and the competitive engine were built here.
You built everything outward: career, status, family. You ran on speed and stamina, and life often chose for you.
For you: Inetum, the crises, the twins, days from 8am to midnight. Extraordinary, and it spent the body faster than it restored it.
For the first time, you choose: your work, your partner, where you live, how you spend your energy. Your edge moves from speed to judgment.
For you: this season begins now. In your words: "It's me who's going to choose who I'm with and which company I work for."
You live inside what you built, stay present for the people you love, and pass on what you know.
For you: at 75, sharp, strong, close to your children, with your sex life intact, still choosing.

The third season
The third season does two jobs at once.
It's the last season when the body responds fully to training. The muscle, cardiovascular capacity and metabolic health built between 50 and 75 are what carry you through the fourth season. Build them now and you enter your 70s strong. Leave it and the decline accelerates.
It's the first season when your choices are truly your own. Choices about role, partner and place made from a depleted state lock in a depleted chapter. Made from a restored state, they set up the best 25 years of a life.

Strengths
Crisis proof. Pressure sharpens you at work.
An athlete's instincts. A swimmer, and twice selected for France's national water polo team.
Fast to adopt. One conversation took your dental routine from 1 minute to 8.
Good foundations. You have already cut hard liquor, you hydrate well, and you eat real food.
A clean switch off. At home, work stays at the door.
Strength in your hands. This summer you trained for strength and loved it.
People fuel you. Ministers, CEOs, the media, teams on the ground: the rooms that drain most executives are where you come alive.
Relentless execution. Inbox at zero every night, for years. You finish what you start and leave nothing hanging.
Radical honesty with yourself. You name your own patterns plainly and without defending them. That's the fastest route to change there is.
You choose with intent. Meaning over the package, and you do the choosing now. That's a rare clarity to bring into a new chapter.

Signals
Energy and sharpness at about 70% of your own standard.
Sleep that breaks around 3am.
Stamina below where you want it.
Body composition: more muscle, less weight around the middle.
Blood pressure, managed for 15 years.
Ankles that ache first thing in the morning.
The lightness you are known for, ready to come back.

The outcomes
Look great
Think great
Feel great
An extraordinary sex life, at 50 and at 75
Choose your next role
Choose your relationship future

The pattern
Stress. Fitness. Energy.
Each one shapes the other two, and together they compound, in either direction.

Evidence
Across 24,767 people in 52 countries, permanent stress at work or at home doubled heart attack risk. Psychosocial stress accounted for about a third of heart attack risk.
You have seen this yourself: your blood pressure rose in your hardest year.
Stress hormones favour fat storage around the middle, which is the fat that suppresses testosterone.
Chronic stress hormones weaken the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain that decides.
Source: INTERHEART, The Lancet

Evidence
The fittest group had 80% lower mortality than the least fit, across 122,007 adults.
Muscle declines per decade after 35 unless it is trained.
Deep belly fat predicts testosterone more strongly than age does.
Sexual function can signal vascular health ahead of a cardiac event.
Of dementia is linked to factors we can change, including inactivity and blood pressure.

Evidence
Higher mortality among consistently short sleepers, across 1.38 million people.
A few glasses of wine reduce REM sleep, mostly in the second half of the night.
A tired brain leans toward risk and learns less from setbacks.
Low energy means less movement and more cravings, and both lower energy further.

The opportunity
All three are among the most trainable systems in your body, and they rise together.
Better fitness lowers stress. Lower stress deepens sleep. Deeper sleep restores energy. We start the upward loop next week.

The system
First priorities: Fitness · Sleep · Stress Regulation

The operating rhythm
Four assessments, continuous data from your wearable, and everything you tell us.
Our intelligence system reads your data against the latest research every week, and I read it against your life.
A plan built around your real calendar, delivered in small additions, each one with its reason.
Your portal, a call every two weeks, WhatsApp in between, and time together in Paris.
Your plan sharpens every week. Your bloods are retested every quarter.

Inside step one
We build the most complete picture of you that you've ever had. It rests on four assessments, one continuous data stream and everything you tell us.
A panel of more than 100 markers, retested every quarter.
Your wearable records 24 hours a day: sleep stages, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, recovery and daily load. Body composition tracks your muscle, fat and visceral fat.
Your calendar, your travel, your routines, what energizes you and what drains you, and everything you tell us. We keep learning how you respond, week by week.
What you receive: your biological age, and your Vital Threads Report, with every thread scored and specific to you.
An in-depth interview that maps how your daily life is shaping the way your genes express: sleep, movement, food, alcohol, stress, relationships, purpose and identity.
Upper body, lower body, full body power, core, cardiovascular capacity and mobility. We grade you against standards set above published norms for your age.
Your baseline for focus, memory, processing speed and mental clarity, the capacity behind every decision you make.

The bridge
Your body is the instrument that makes this decision, so we measure its readiness against your own October baseline.
Consistent, restorative nights, with the 3am wakings resolved.
Heart rate variability trending up from your baseline.
Back to your own standard, by your measure and by the data.
When your numbers say you're ready, you decide. Your data, your timing.

The programme
For the first time, you choose. Six months, about one hour a week, five moves, each one covering your work and your life. We arrange everything privately.
"I feel that I'm cruising."
First we lighten the load: what you put down this autumn. Then the physical programme rebuilds the instrument, and your decision waits until your numbers say you're ready.
Work Three sessions a week, and a load that lightens this autumn.
Life Nights that restore you, and the lightness coming back.
"A year ago, two years ago, I felt better."
Work Together we map your best and most draining moments of the last five years, and your edge shows itself.
Life Who you are outside the title, and what brings you joy.
Arthur Brooks, From Strength to StrengthWho are you on the Monday after you leave, when your time is entirely yours?
Work How you leave Inetum, and the mission you carry forward.
Life The roles and relationships this chapter is closing, and what you keep.
Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, Yale"Politics, another LBO, a big company."
Work One real experiment for each future, plus a wildcard. Politics goes first, in November, because the presidential election in April 2027 gives that door its own clock.
Life The partnership you want, described in its ordinary moments, five years from now.
Herminia Ibarra, INSEAD and London Business School"It's me who's going to choose who I'm with and which company I work for."
Work Every option scored on meaning, fit, cost to your health, and what the man at 80 thanks you for.
Life Your criteria for a partner, written with the same clarity.
Harvard Study of Adult Development
The evidence
Clear biology, clear decisions. A strong, rested brain weighs risk accurately and learns faster, and you will see your readiness in your own data.
Your edge has moved. Speed peaks in your 30s. Judgment, instinct and pattern recognition keep growing through your 50s.Arthur Brooks
How you leave shapes where you land. CEOs who leave on their own terms carry their energy into what comes next.Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, Yale
Clarity comes from doing. People find their next chapter by living small versions of it first.Herminia Ibarra
Criteria before offers. Deciding what matters first protects the choice from prestige and pressure.
Relationships shape the fourth season. Satisfaction with your relationships at 50 predicts health at 80 better than cholesterol does.Harvard Study of Adult Development
By March: a clear decision on your next role, a defined vision for your relationship future, and criteria for every big choice ahead.

The timeline
You become chairman. Baseline measured. The load lightens. First plans live. Rediscover.
Release session. Criteria written. Politics experiment first.
Remaining experiments. First retest.
Clarity on politics.
Readiness confirmed in your data. You decide.
You step into your next chapter at your best.

The outcomes
A clear decision on your next role, made from your sharpest state.
A defined vision for your relationship future.
Measurable change in your fitness, sleep, stress and body composition.
Your personal decision criteria, for every big choice ahead.
The energy, the edge and the lightness of your best years.

We begin
Your first week as chairman, and your first week in the programme.
Your biomarker kit arrives at home. Collect one morning, fasted.
Your wearable goes on and starts building your baseline.
Your portal opens.
Natalie blocks three sessions: two for strength, one swim.
Sleep: 10 minutes of daylight within an hour of waking.
Stress: a 5 minute downshift the moment you walk in the door each evening.
First Third Season session: Rediscover, 60 minutes together.

The agreement
I read every data point, refine your plan every week, and I am one message away.
90 days in full. Your wearable, every day. Three sessions a week. The truth when a week breaks.

The Third Season
The first two seasons built everything you have.
